Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or preference.

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe your item is faulty, damaged during transit, or you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing rayhanna.au@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs showing the fault or damage.

Our team will assess your request and respond as soon as possible.

Store Credit Only

If your return is approved after inspection, store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item. We do not provide cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method.

Store credit can be used towards any future purchase on our website and will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Conditions for Approved Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The prayer mat must be unused and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging must be included.

  • The item must not show any signs of use, washing, damage caused by the customer, or alteration.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for store credit.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the product was supplied incorrectly or confirmed to be faulty.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
